[glow=red,2,300] ------------ITEM FLIPPING-------------[/glow] Well, here's the moment some of you have been waiting for, the 'Flipping' merchant technique, Item Flipping is a very simple; more safe form of merchanting, this does not involve item manipulation in my opinion, lets get to the point SO WHAT IS ITEM FLIPPING? item flipping is where you buy an item in the maximum amount that can be bought within 4 hours, once you've done this, the objective is to sell the item before the next grand exchange update. WHEN SHOULD I ITEM FLIP?Simple, as soon as the grand exchange has updated, this is because people who have already bidded for an item will simply be outbid by yourself, and if you bid for the item, then ten minutes later the grand exchange updates, people are going to beat you to the item by offering more for it (on a rising item). WHAT IF I'M OFFLINE WHILE THE G.E UPDATES?Ask a friend when the last grand exchange update was, if you still have 4 hours before the next grand exchange update, go for an item flip! CONCLUSION I hope this short guide has helped, if so, hit the 'Exalt' button on the left hand side ;D thanks for your time reading it. Attachments:

I'm still a bit confused. You just buy an item for max, at it's max limit, and then wait for the next Grand Exchange update, after that, sell it?

not at max, it all depends on the graph within previous days, if the item is pretty stable, your looking to buy it round mid priice
if the item is about to sky rocket, your looking between mid and max, then yeah thats basically it.
Please reply with your thoughts so i may be able to help if you have any problems

Sure:
STEP 1:- buy as many willow logs as you can for minimum price
STEP 2: - wait for them all to buy; once you have some, put them in to sell for maximum price or 1gp above minimum price.
STEP 3: - sell all your willow logs for 1gp above mimimum price
STEP 4: - enjoy the profit.
with this, it's the more money you have, the more profit, and if you want to be successful witj merchanting; you MUST be patient. this could take up to a week, but it's worth the small risk of losing cash, GOOD LUCK!

this method, because you have only 3M, is merchanting, i'de suggest flipping when you hav 15m atleast, and when you have 15m, i'll explain flipping to your understanding.

You should buy medium price if you are buying Willows, because it's impossible to get minimum price at the moment, they are rising. Buy minimum and sell medium when they are falling, and buy medium and sell maximum when they are rising. To know if they are rising or falling, try buying one for medium price. If it buys immediately or fast, buy min sell mid, otherwise buy mid sell max.
